🔹 Non-Installed Product Returns
At Bulldog Smart Lock, we take great care to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate and helpful in selecting the right product. However, we understand that a product may not always meet your needs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-installed products in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Conditions:
• The product must be unused and unopened
• The original order number must be provided
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

🔹 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
• Eligible returns must be reported within the product warranty period
• Products returned after 90 days from purchase are eligible for replacement only
• In these cases, we will refund the return shipping cost
Please retain proof of return shipment. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
